Terms of Service
Zapper provides software for live meeting transcription, host session management and transcript downloads. By creating an account, using the desktop application or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
Responsible meeting use
You are responsible for obtaining any notice, permission or consent required before recording or transcribing a meeting. You must use Zapper lawfully and must not use it to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.
Accounts and access
Host accounts are personal to the registered customer. Keep passwords and session access information secure. Zapper may suspend access for abuse, unlawful use, attempted circumvention of security controls or activity that threatens the service.
Google Meet connection and transcription consent
Automatic meeting creation uses a separate Google authorization for each host. A Google Meet URL may be accessible to people who possess that URL; Zapper PIN limits apply to the Zapper transcription application and do not cap attendance within Google Meet. Hosts are responsible for meeting access settings and obtaining consent to transcribe participants. See the Privacy Policy for how Google authorization and speech data are handled.
Service dependencies
Zapper depends on internet connectivity and third-party platforms, including meeting, hosting and speech-processing providers. Features may vary with operating-system and third-party platform capabilities.
Paid plans
Paid host access applies for the subscription period shown in the customer account or checkout. Billing, cancellation and refund terms are described on the linked policy pages.
