Zapper combines a host-managed web portal with a focused desktop experience for live transcription. It is built for practical meeting access, low-latency captions, host-controlled sessions, searchable account administration and downloadable transcript records.

Terms of Service
Zapper provides software for meeting transcription and related host session management. Users are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording or transcribing a meeting, safeguarding account credentials and using the service lawfully. Service availability may depend on third-party platforms, network connectivity and supported operating-system capabilities.
Paid access is licensed to the registered host account for the active subscription period. Misuse, attempts to bypass access controls, unlawful transcription, abusive traffic or interference with the service may result in suspension.
Privacy Policy
Zapper processes host account details, session PINs, meeting links and transcripts to provide its meeting transcription service. With your permission, Google OAuth is used only to create Meet rooms for your own account; encrypted authorization credentials are stored for reuse. Zapper does not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Host microphone or participant meeting audio is transmitted to our speech-to-text service provider, Deepgram. Transcripts and PDFs are retained according to service settings. Read our full Privacy Policy for Google data use, sharing, retention, revocation and deletion requests.
Billing & Cancellation
The displayed host plan is ₹1,000 per month unless a different price is presented at checkout. Subscription access starts when activated and remains available until the recorded end date. Customers may request cancellation through the support contact below. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically erase records required for service operation or lawful accounting.
Refund Policy
If a payment is duplicated, charged in error, or the paid service cannot be provided due to a verified Zapper-side issue, contact support with the account email and transaction reference. Eligible refunds are reviewed case by case and, when approved, are returned to the original payment method according to payment-provider timelines.
Usage already consumed during an active billing period may affect refund eligibility except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Security & Responsible Use
Zapper uses authenticated host accounts, time-limited application tokens and server-side session validation. Users should keep login credentials and session PINs confidential and install desktop builds only from the official Zapper release link.
