Billing & Cancellation Policy

The standard Zapper host plan displayed on the website is ₹1,000 per month unless a different amount is presented at checkout. A paid host subscription allows the account to create meeting sessions during its active subscription period.

Subscription period

Your active start and end dates are shown in the host account and administered by Zapper. If recurring payments are enabled, renewal terms shown at checkout will control future billing.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting Zapper support. Cancellation prevents future renewal where recurring billing is enabled. Access already paid for may continue until the current paid period ends unless otherwise stated or required by law.

For billing questions, include your registered email and transaction reference. Never send your password.
